Nur Shakina is a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) graduate from the Northern University of Malaysia (UUM) in 2022, with a strong focus on conveyancing. Her legal career began with an internship at Faridah and Partners, where she worked on conveyancing subsales files. She completed her pupillage at Pretam Singh, Nor & Co, under Ms. Shamini A/P Subramaniam, gaining experience in various conveyancing matters including Sale and Purchase Agreements, transfers, discharge of charges, and tenancy agreements.
Shakina managed applications for consent to transfer and charge in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, and handled loan documentation for both conventional and Islamic banks. In 2024, she was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of Malaya and joined SK LAI & PARTNERS as a Legal Associate, specializing in real estate and property law. Her portfolio includes handling Sale and Purchase Agreements for sub-sale properties, transfers, and tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
